1. Our Platform & IP

The Buystocklot name, logo, platform design, software, and all original content produced by Buystocklot FZC are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our materials is strictly prohibited.

Buystocklot is a marketplace platform — we do not manufacture, brand, or endorse the products listed by sellers. Third-party brand names, trademarks, and product names appearing in user listings are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.

2. User Responsibility

All users — particularly sellers — are responsible for ensuring that their listings, product images, descriptions, and any other content they upload to the platform do not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights. This includes:

• Using only images you own or have a valid license to use
• Not listing counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized copies of branded goods
• Not misrepresenting the authenticity or origin of products
• Not using brand logos or trademarks in a manner that implies official affiliation or endorsement

Listings found to violate these requirements will be removed immediately, and the responsible account may be suspended or permanently banned.

3. Copyright Infringement — DMCA Takedown

If you believe that content on Buystocklot infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to us. To be valid, your notice must include:

• Your full name, company name (if applicable), and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The specific URL(s) on our platform where the infringing content appears
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

We will review all valid notices and act promptly — typically within 5 business days. Incomplete or bad-faith notices will not be processed.

4. Trademark Infringement

If you believe a listing on Buystocklot misuses your trademark — for example, by falsely claiming a product is genuine when it is not, or using your brand name in a misleading way — please contact us at [email protected] with:

• Your trademark registration details (registration number and jurisdiction)
• The URL(s) of the infringing listing(s)
• A description of how the listing infringes your trademark
• Your contact information and authorization to act on behalf of the trademark owner

We take trademark concerns seriously and will investigate and act within 5 business days of receiving a complete complaint.

5. Counter-Notice

If your listing has been removed due to an IP complaint and you believe the removal was made in error or that you have the right to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. Counter-notices must include your name, contact details, the URL of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

6. Repeat Infringers

Buystocklot maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to disable accounts in appropriate circumstances, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or refund.
